Cooking Tips
Cut the sturgeon into large medallions and marinate for 1-2 hours. Marinade: lemon juice, salt, Provencal herbs and ground black pepper. Cooking time is no longer than 20 - 25 minutes. A vegetable side dish will be a perfect addition to the meat.
